Developer Provided Housing Developments

Teton County Land Development Regulations (LDRs) require developers to provide a portion of deed restricted units along with their market units when building a market development.

The LDRs also provide incentives to developers to provide deed restricticted units.  An example of this is the "Floor Area Bonus", which states that developers can build more floor area than would normally be allowed if the developer provides restricted units.

Below is a list of all developments that have deed restricted units due to Teton County Land Development Regulations.

We are responsible for enforcing compliance of these deed restricted units.  Although we help facilitate sales and re-sales of these deed restricted units, most households are chosen by the developer directly and not through our weighted drawing process.
