Proposed New County Road Designations

The Teton County Board of Commissioners is proposing to designate two sections of County Road in Teton County, Wyoming, and in accordance with Wyoming Statutes is providing formal public notice of this proposed action.


The two sections proposed for designation are located in Alta, and are currently in existence, commonly known as the northern portions of "State Line Road" from the intersection with 6000 North to a point slightly south of the 5000 North intersection. County Road No. 22-16 A and County Road No. 22-16 B are described below.


The Board of County Commissioners will consider final action on these proposed new County Roads at a public hearing on October 2, 2018.


All objections, comments, or claims for damages must be filed in writing with the Teton County Clerk or can be submitted via email to statelineroad@tetoncountywy.gov before 12:00pm on September 20, 2018.

NOTICE FROM TETON COUNTY, WYOMING, BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS: DESIGNATE NEW COUNTY ROAD NO. 22-16 A FOR STATELINE ROAD INTO TETON COUNTY, WYOMING

 

The Board of County Commissioners of Teton County, Wyoming, in accordance with Wyoming Statutes §§24-3-101, 24-3-110, and 24-3-111, propose to designate a new County Road located in Teton County, which County Road if established will begin at the Lot 3, Lot 4 boundary in the Alta Ridge Subdivision and end at GLO Lot 1, Lot 2, Section 6 Boundary as described below:

Parcel of Land located in Section 6, Township 44 North, Range 118 West, 6th P.M., Teton County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows:

            The Westerly thirty (30) feet of Lot 4, Alta Ridge Subdivision, Plat

            No. 1159, as granted and described in Document No. 0939559,

            records of Teton County and located in GLO Lot 1 of Said Section

            6;

The proposed new County Road No. 22-16 A is currently in existence.  

All objections thereto or claims for damages by reason thereof must be filed in writing with the County Clerk of Teton County or submitted to the following email statelineroad@tetoncountywy.gov, before noon (12:00 p.m.) the 20th day of September, 2018, or such road will be established without reference to such objections or claims for damages.

The Board of County Commissioners will consider final action on the proposed new County Road No. 22-16 A at a public hearing on October 2, 2018.

The Board of County Commissioners of Teton County, Wyoming, in accordance with Wyoming Statutes §§24-3-101, 24-3-110, and 24-3-111, propose to designate a new County Road located in Teton County, which County Road if established will begin at Alta Ridge Subdivision Lot 4 south boundary and end at GLO Lot 1/Lot 2, Section 7 Boundary as described below:

Two Parcels of Land located in Sections 6 and 7, Township 44 North, Range 118 West, 6th P.M., Teton County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows:

The Westerly thirty (30) feet of GLO Lot 1 of Said Section 7, as granted

and described in Documents Nos. 0846454 and 0896650, records of Teton

County;

AND

The Westerly sixty (60) feet of GLO Lots 2, 3, and 4 of Said Section 6,

Excepting therefrom that part of Said Lot 2 lying northerly of the southerly boundary line of Lot 4, Alta Ridge Subdivision, Plat No. 1159,

records of Teton County, as described in Document No. 0833829, records of Teton County.

The proposed new County Road No. 22-16 B is currently in existence.  

All objections thereto or claims for damages by reason thereof must be filed in writing with the County Clerk of Teton County or submitted to the following email statelineroad@tetoncountywy.gov, before noon (12:00 p.m.) the 20th day of September, 2018, or such road will be established without reference to such objections or claims for damages.
