County Road Access Permit Regulations
A Road Access Permit is required to construct an access driveway off of a county road. Once completed, the permit is attached to the County Building permit. There is no charge for this permit.

Spring Road Projects
Spring time in the Rockies means asphalt patching, crack sealing, and striping of the county roads and placement of dust guard (dust control) on the gravel portions, therefore there can be delays and/or closures of roads.

Mission Statements
Roads
We strive to ensure that all county roads are maintained in a safe condition; to provide safe travel for general public, school buses, and emergency services.
Levees
We provide flood protection to adjacent landowners and ensure that the integrity of the flood control structures is maintained, preventing loss of life and property.
State Engineer`s Office
The mission of the Wyoming State Engineer`s Office and Board of Control is to provide to the citizens of Wyoming the general supervision of the waters of the state, and of its appropriation, distribution and application to recognized beneficial uses as provided under the prior appropriation doctrine, and to maintain the flexibility within that framework to meet changing public philosophies for the future.
The State Engineer`s Office shall collect, analyze, maintain, and provide water related information for ensuring the appropriate management and regulation of Wyoming`s water resources.
