In FY2024 staff requested $25,000 for professional services to begin and inform work on this item. The Town Council and BCC directed staff to work on this program but removed the requested funding. Staff continued to meet with community members working in this space, and when the opportunity arose, applied for, and received a grant from the Community Foundation of Jackson Hole to work with The Kelsey, a non-profit creating disability-forward housing solutions.
