Birthdays at the Rec Center

Celebrate your child's special day at the Teton County / Jackson Community Recreation Center! We offer flexible birthday party options to fit your needs.

Party Guidelines

  • Reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance.
  • All guests must check in at the front desk and wear a wristband.
  • Locker rooms are available for your convenience. Changing is NOT allowed in the party room.
  • Parents/guardians are responsible for setup and cleanup*

*A $50 cleaning fee may be charged if the space is not properly cleaned after your event

Party Details

  • 2-hour reservation includes the party room + the Aquatics area or Climbing Gym
  • Includes 2 adults and 10 children for just $80
    • Additional youth are $7 each

Climbing Parties

Want your kid’s birthday to rock? Let them climb, laugh, and celebrate with friends at our climbing gym.  Our Climbing Parties combine access to the full climbing gym with a private party room.  Perfect for birthday fun, presents, and cake.

Party Times

  • Saturdays & Sundays
    • 10:00AM - 12:00PM
    • 12:30PM - 2:30PM
    • 3:00PM - 5:00PM

Gear Rentals

  • Climbing shoes are required; harnesses are optional.
  • Guests can bring their own climbing gear or rent ours.

Supervision & Safety

  • We require one adult chaperone for every four children in the climbing gym.
  • The climbing area will remain open to the public during party hours (no private zones).
  • Want to belay? Anyone 14+ years old must pass a belay test before the party day.

Aquatic Parties

Make a splash and celebrate in style! Our Aquatic Parties combine access to the full pool area with a private party room.  Perfect for birthday fun, presents, and cake.

Party Times

  • Saturdays & Sundays
    • 12:30PM - 2:30PM
    • 3:00PM - 5:00PM

Pro Tip: For a smoother experience, we recommend swimming first, then heading to the party room for food and gifts. This helps prevent upset tummies and unexpected pool closures.

Supervision & Safety

  • Children under 42 inches must be accompanied in the water by an adult. This may require additional adults, who must purchase a day pass or use a punch pass.
  • Children under 8 years old must be supervised by an adult within the aquatic facility at all times.
