Our spring Softball Program takes pride in teaching girls ages 8-13 the fundamentals of softball. A lot of girls have never played and just want to try something new. This program will develop their game skills and knowledge while building teamwork and most importantly-- having fun!
Equipment needed: glove, sneakers/cleats, water bottles. If you have a personal bat, please bring it.
The first 15 minutes of each practice will be preparation, including stretching and running. Focus will be on basic skills, team play and familiarization with the rules of the game. Practices are always optional and players participating in another sport who wish to attend part time are always welcome.
The fee is $99 per child. All players must register through the online portal or in person at the Rec Center.
