Affordable Units
- There are units designated under three Affordable income ranges: 0-50% MFI, 50-80% MFI, 80-120% MFI.

- Please note that your Online Intake Form account must have been updated and verified before June 26, 2024 to be eligible to apply for Affordable units.
- Affordable units have minimum occupancy requirements.

Workforce Units
- There are no income ranges for Workforce units. Households must earn 75% of their income locally.
- There are no minimum occupancy requirements for Workforce units.
- Please note that you must have an updated and verified Online Intake Form account before you can apply for Workforce units. You may create this account at any time prior to application.

Q: Can I apply for more that one unit in my income range? A: Yes, you may apply for any unit for which your household meets the minimum occupancy and income requirements. For example, if you are a two-person household earning within the 50-80% MFI range, you may apply for one-bedroom and two-bedroom units in the 50-80% range.
Q: Can I apply for more than one income range? A: No, you may only apply for the income range in which your household fits.
Q: Can I apply for Affordable and Workforce units? A: Yes, you may apply for any unit for which your household meets the minimum occupancy and income requirements. You may also apply for any size Workforce units (because Workforce units do not have a minimum occupancy requirement).
