Jackson Street Apartments has 57 units in total. Phase 2 consists of 21 units of which 18 are available to apply for during this weighted drawing.  Below is a breakdown of what's available:

• 1 one-bedroom apartment - Affordable 0-50%
  • Typical one-bedroom floor plan
• 14 two-bedroom apartments - Affordable 0-50%, 50-80%, and Workforce 
  • Typical two-bedroom floor plan 
• 3 three-bedroom apartments - Affordable 0-50%, 50-80%, and 80 to 120%
  • Typical three-bedroom floor plan

Affordable Units

• There are units designated under three Affordable income ranges: 0-50% MFI, 50-80% MFI, 80-120% MFI.

  • Please note that your Online Intake Form account must have been updated and verified before June 26, 2024 to be eligible to apply for Affordable units. 
• Affordable units have minimum occupancy requirements.
  • one-bedroom = one (1) or more people
  • two-bedroom = two (2) or more people
  • three-bedroom = three (3) or more people 

Workforce Units

• There are no income ranges for Workforce units. Households must earn 75% of their income locally. 
• There are no minimum occupancy requirements for Workforce units. 
• Please note that you must have an updated and verified Online Intake Form account before you can apply for Workforce units. You may create this account at any time prior to application. 

Common Questions about this Drawing

Q: Can I apply for more that one unit in my income range? A: Yes, you may apply for any unit for which your household meets the minimum occupancy and income requirements. For example, if you are a two-person household earning within the 50-80% MFI range, you may apply for one-bedroom and two-bedroom units in the 50-80% range. 

Q: Can I apply for more than one income range? A: No, you may only apply for the income range in which your household fits. 

Q: Can I apply for Affordable and Workforce units? A: Yes, you may apply for any unit for which your household meets the minimum occupancy and income requirements. You may also apply for any size Workforce units (because Workforce units do not have a minimum occupancy requirement). For example, if you are one-person household earning within the 80-120% MFI range, you may apply for one-bedroom Affordable 80-120% units and any size Workforce unit.

Q: Can I apply with more than one household? A: No, you may only apply in one household. For example, if you are a single person, you may apply as a one person household OR you may apply as a larger household that includes roommate. You may not apply as both.
