The Teton County/Jackson Parks & Recreation Department maintains three outdoor community ice rinks each winter, generally from early December through mid-March, weather permitting. All rinks are free and open to the public.
Rinks are open seven days a week, with routine ice maintenance performed in the mornings. Please note that occasional special programs and private reservations may affect public skate times.
To request a reservation, please submit a completed Park, Special Event, and Field Request Form to our Customer Service Supervisor or drop it off at the Recreation Center front desk.
Reservations must be made at least 72 hours in advance.

Wilson, WY – Main Street
Reservations accepted Saturdays & Sundays, except during Family Skate.
Hours: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Family Skate: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Children’s Learn to Skate/Hockey: Wednesdays, 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Pickup Hockey: Tues / Wed / Fri, 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
West Snow King Ave
Reservations accepted Fridays, Saturdays, & Sundays only.
Hours: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Ski Hill Road (East of Driggs, ID)
Reservations not accepted — this rink is for Open Skate only.
Hours: 9:00 AM - Dusk
The Powderhorn Rink will no longer be built starting in the Winter of 2025-2026. Additional ice with more surface area will be located at the Fairgrounds to accommodate the loss of the rink. To enhance the Town of Jackson’s compliance efforts with Dark Sky certification and create a more engaging ice rink and skating experience with better access and parking TCJPR is centralizing it’s outdoor rinks at the Fairgounds.
