Homeowner Exemption

If qualified, homeowners will recieve a 25% exemption off of the first $1,000,000 of Fair Market Value.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Owner must occupy the residence 8+ months of the year.
  • Owner must complete the Wyoming Residential Owner Affidavit online at: ptd.wyo.gov/OWNEROCC
  1. If you do not have access to the internet or need help, please stop by the assessor's office for assistance.  
  2. You must provide your County and address, or assessor account number.

*This exemption is not available to persons who qualify for the Long-Term Homeowner Exemption.

*MUST be completed online.  There are no paper applications.  

DUE DATE: March 1 of each year.
