Income Range & Asset Limit Chart

This chart shows the Income Ranges and asset limits for restricted homes.  It also shows the Median Family Income (MFI) for Teton County, Wyoming, The MFI is calculated by the Department for Housing and Urban Development (HUD) each year based on actual data for Teton County, Wyoming. The Income Ranges are percentages of the MFI.

Please note that the 160%  - 200% Income Range in the chart is representative of the households Workforce units are intended to serve.  However, there is not an income or asset limit for Workforce homes. To qualify for Workforce units, households need to earn a minimum of 75% of their income from a Local Business.
