Jackson Hole Fire/EMS is committed to ensuring the safety of your children. Car seats are essential to your child’s safety in the event of an automobile accident. Unfortunately, close to 90% of car seats are installed incorrectly and many children travel unrestrained.
Certified car seat technicians are available upon appointment every Thursday to ensure you have properly installed your car seat or provide you with installation education. New car seats are available with a donation to the program, we carry convertible car seats that fit children 5-40 pounds.
Plan on spending about an hour for your check so a technician will have enough time to give you options, explain next steps, and other important safe vehicle points.
Car seat checkups / installations are on an appointment-only basis. Please call 307-733-4732 to schedule your appointment. Every child deserves the chance to grow up and become an amazing adult; make sure your child has the chance.
