Overview

The Eagle Village development is a mixed-use development in the Smith’s Plaza. Eight units were required to be built by the developer. Seven units are managed by Teton County Housing Authority (TCHA), and as the last unit did not sell immediately, the Trust purchased and manages.

Units 206, 207, 208, 217, 306, 307, 308 are managed by TCHA. Unit 317 is managed by the Trust.
